Tell us about Legacy Dental Coach

*Legacy Dental Coach materialized from a need realized while working with clients through the transition of their practice. Unfortunately, many dentists wait too long to prepare for the sale of their practice. The result is disappointing offers and less control than they would like, over how their practice transitions.

With the knowledge I’ve gleaned through many years of practice management and transition consulting, I know the decisions they need to make and when they need to be made. I know exactly what needs to be done to protect the value of a practice.

Who are your clients?

My clients want to enjoy going to work with a great team. They want to enjoy their most prosperous years and know that when they retire, they will be set. The want to retire on their terms and feel good about the person(s) who will be treating their patients and providing continued employment for their team.  My client’s control all of this and their Legacy.

Why choose you?

I’ve experienced variety of practice cultures and know what works for one practice may not work for another. There are systems that must be customized to the practice. At the same time, there are common denominators and rules of thumb for the dental industry. Finding a good balance between the two is something I’m good at and has served my clients well.
